My name is Quteiba Al-Timeemy, though most people know me as Q. I bring over 15 years of financial experience to My Financial Frame, with a background spanning banking, public finance, and budget management.

I began my career in banking and advanced into roles supporting both individuals and businesses, including personal banking, business banking, retirement accounts, and mortgages. I later transitioned into public sector finance, where I now serve as Budget Manager for the State of Arizona. In this role, I oversee accounting functions, manage departmental budgets, and ensure financial accuracy and accountability through structured financial systems.

My experience allows me to go beyond basic bookkeeping. I specialize in financial organization, budgeting, and helping clients understand their numbers so they can make informed, confident decisions.

Outside of work, I’ve been married for 10 years and am the proud father of two boys, ages 6 and 8. I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, swimming, and playing video games.
